If you win the Grand Prize or a Christmas Gift Pack, you will receive an email that includes:

Enter your redemption code
Fill in your shipping information
Submit the form to claim your prize for free
All Grand Prize and Christmas Gift Pack rewards are free of charge (excluding restricted regions).
Coupon Rewards
Coupon winners will receive an email containing:
A coupon code for the corresponding discount amount (Your coupon becomes active immediately)
How to use your coupon:
Place an order on the SEDOLL website
Enter your coupon code at checkout
The discount will be applied automatically
Coupons cannot be combined and are valid until January 31, 2026.
Requirements for the Grand Prize Winner
To ensure the authenticity of prize fulfillment and help other community members understand real product experiences,
the Grand Prize winner is required to post a review on TDF, including:
Written doll review + Photos of the doll
These materials are intended only to share the genuine product experience with the community.

Any fraudulent activity (spam accounts, cheating, etc.) will result in disqualification

1.Do I need to purchase anything to participate?
No. Creating or logging into your SEDOLL account gives you 1 free entry.
2.Do I need to complete all tasks?
No. Tasks are fully optional. The more tasks you complete, the more entries you get — But even if you do none, you still have 1 base entry.
3. How do I prove that I completed a task?
Friend invitations: Automatically tracked by the system Videos / Surveys / Owner verification: Submit screenshots or links to the staff team: @Eurus（eurus.sedoll.com) @Barararara(TDF) @SE_Alice(Discord)
4.How do I redeem my extra entries?
All entries are linked to your SEDOLL registered email. Please submit your screenshots/links with your email to ensure your entries are successfully added.
5.How are friend invitations counted?
Simply have your friend register through your unique invite link — The system will automatically record the invitation.
6. How do existing SEDOLL owners get an extra entry?
Submit a photo of your SEDOLL product or your previous order screenshot (Only for verification — not public) We will manually add +1 entry for you.
7.When will the results be announced?
The Grand Prize winner will be publicly announced All other winners will be notified privately via email + account message Announcement time: within 24 hours after the event ends
8. How do I use coupons?
You will receive a unique coupon code via email, which can be entered during checkout on the official website.
9.Do the coupons have any usage restrictions?
Yes. Different coupons apply to different types of full-size dolls: – The $700 coupon applies to full-size silicone dolls (Torso series excluded) – The $400 coupon applies to all full-size dolls (Torso series excluded) – The $200 coupon applies to all full-size dolls (Torso series excluded) All coupons expire on January 31st, 2026.
10.Can I continue drawing if I get “No Prize”?
Yes — as long as you still have remaining entries. Once your entries run out, you can complete more tasks to get additional chances.
11.Are there regional shipping restrictions?
Yes. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to: Islamic regions, India, Africa, Brazil (Even if you win, we will be unable to deliver your prize)
12.What if I win the Grand Prize?
